If you try to MAXOUT just 30 seconds longer than you did yesterday, over the entire 60 days, you can make it through the entire 30 minutes! So you do the full 30 minutes each workout- your MAX OUT time will change and improve as your body, endurance, strength and core changes and improves. Then as you progress through the program see if you can KEEP beating yourself. SO if DAY 1 you maxed out at 8 minutes then DAY 2 try to make it to 8 minutes 20 seconds. The next day you want to try and BEAT your MAX OUT TIME. It means you MAX out at 8 minutes, hit PAUSE– catch your breathe, drink some water, shake out your legs and jump back in.
